Terms of Service

The service

OfferPath is a tool that helps students track networking contacts, manage follow-up reminders, set recruiting goals, and access outreach templates. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

• You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your password secure.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use OfferPath.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

When you use OfferPath, you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute our content, including the Script Vault templates;
• upload data you have no right to use, or use someone else's personal information in a way that violates their privacy or applicable law.

You are responsible for the contact information you store and for using it respectfully and lawfully.

Free plan and Pro

• OfferPath is free to track up to 50 contacts.
• Pro unlocks unlimited contacts, daily follow-up email reminders, and the full Script Vault.
• Pro is offered as a monthly plan ($14.99 per month) or a recruiting-season plan ($59 for six months). Prices are shown at checkout and may change; we will give notice of changes before they affect you.

Billing and cancellation

• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, or every six months for the season plan) until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Pro access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something goes wrong, email us and we will try to make it right.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, and your use of their service is subject to their terms.

Your content

The contacts, notes, and other information you put into OfferPath belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display that content so we can provide the service. We do not claim ownership of it.

Our content

OfferPath, including its software, design, and the Script Vault templates, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while you have an account. You may use the templates for your own outreach, but not republish or resell them.

No guarantee of outcomes

OfferPath is an organizational tool. It does not guarantee interviews, referrals, internships, or job offers. Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and nothing in the app is a promise of a result.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

OfferPath is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, OfferPath will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using OfferPath and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that could harm OfferPath or others.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the “last updated” date and let you know through the app or by email. Continuing to use OfferPath after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
